If you have already successfully linked your third party app to the correct account and the activities are synced properly, you do NOT need to make a manual submission.
If you are not using any of the third party distance based apps, then you must make a manual submission with all the relevant information.
Please note that if your screenshot does not have the required information, the submission may be rejected by the result verification team.
