You can check the status of your submission in the 'Submissions' page in the BiiB web. 


Here are what each status means:


Conditional acceptance : The submission is conditionally accepted as a valid proof of activity* (pending review from the result verification team). If the submission is not rejected by the team, this will remain as the final status. 

Pending : The activity is being reviewed by the system (which will take up to 5 hours of result submission period)

Rejected : The activity has been rejected as the

  1. Screenshot has wrong/insufficient information, or
  2. Screenshot given is not enough to be verified as an activity, or 
  3. Submission is not submitted within the appropriate timeframe for the event,  
  4. Submission is an overlapping activity



Please note that the final status of the submission would be 'conditional acceptance' even after being reviewed by the result verification team.


*Conditional acceptance submission means it is a valid proof of activity, but it may not be counted for the event due to the event rules if applicable.
