Here is a simple flow of how the third party app activity gets synced to BiiB:

  1. You have linked the correct third party app account to the correct BiiB account registered for the event.
  2. You have completed an activity and MUST ensure that the activity is synced and reflected in the third party app account activity list.
  3. Once it appears in the third party app account or system, the third party system will send BiiB the activity and the details for BiiB to sync. 
  4. Your activities will NOT sync to BiiB if:
    1. You did not sync or ensure the activity is reflected in the third party account or system.
    2. You have an overlapping activity.
    3. The activity type is not under the category of running or walking.
