Please check and ensure the following:

  1. You have NOT previously linked your third party app account to another BiiB account.
  2. You HAVE linked the correct third party app account to BiiB.
  3. You HAVE activities synced and logged in that third party app account. 
  4. You did NOT make a manual submission into the BiiB account, the system will only take one activity result for one period. If you have made a manual submission and synced the activity for one time period, it will be an overlapping activity. 


If the problem still persists, please contact us at hello@getbiib.com with the explanation of your issue, and attach any screenshots or notifications/error messages that appear.
