Please check and ensure the following:
- You have NOT previously linked your third party app account to another BiiB account.
- You HAVE linked the correct third party app account to BiiB.
- You HAVE activities synced and logged in that third party app account.
- You did NOT make a manual submission into the BiiB account, the system will only take one activity result for one period. If you have made a manual submission and synced the activity for one time period, it will be an overlapping activity.
If the problem still persists, please contact us at hello@getbiib.com with the explanation of your issue, and attach any screenshots or notifications/error messages that appear.
