There can be a number of reasons why this would happen:

  1. You did NOT sync the correct third party account to the correct BiiB account that is registered for the event.
  2. You are checking in the wrong BiiB account.
  3. You have an overlapping activity.
  4. You have synced the activity or result after the specified result submission period.
