This will depend on the different events and the shipping process by the Event Organiser.
If BiiB is responsible for sending out the rewards, you would either receive an email from the logistics service or from us. You will only receive this email once your reward has been processed and is ready for postage.
This notification email will be sent to the email registered email for the event. Please check your inbox/spam/promotions for this email.
Please note that participants are responsible for the tracking of their own parcels.
BiiB is not responsible for any damages or loss of the parcel by the courier service and/or if the participant has entered the wrong delivery information.
