There could be multiple reasons for this:

  1. You have accidentally unlinked and linked the wrong steps account.
  2. You have made an edit to the activity (any edited activities will not be accepted - including but not limited to, date, time, duration, step count, activity name. etc).


If you have linked the correct account but the steps are not syncing over, please contact us at hello@getbiib.com and explain your situation with your full registered details and any screenshots that may help.
